How will your purchases be shipped?
We aim to dispatch all stock items within 48 hours but if your purchase is urgent please contact us to obtain an updated delivery time. You will also receive an emailed acknowledgement once your goods have been dispatched.
We use Royal Mail, Parcel Force, UPS and Palletline for deliveries.
You are also welcome to collect your items. - This may be done by either yourself or a Courier of your choosing. Please note however that if we need to pack your shipment we may make a small additional cost to cover the cost of the packing materials.
Returns - Any faulty items will be replaced free of charge but only after we have verified the fault.
