Conditions of Use and Terms of Trading

(a). It is the duty of the Buyer to order the correct part. The Seller shall deliver the part ordered and accepts no responsibility for inaccurate advice supplied by a third party to the Buyer in the identification of the part required whether through commercial recommendation or technical diagnosis.

(b) Any goods returned for a refund must be in their original condition and packaging. All returned goods will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%. In most cases where goods are being exchanged this charge will be waived. Any shipping charges will not be refunded and the return costs are your responsibility. This does not apply to any item that is damaged or was incorrectly despatched by Alpha Cooker Spares.

(c) Alpha Cooker Spares are unable to accept returns of any special order items. For example boilers made to order. If in doubt please check before order.

(d). Photographic images in the product catalogue are solely for aesthetic purposes and should not be used in the identification of parts. Due to the ongoing process of product development, the appearance of some items supplied may vary from the online image.

(e) Goods remain the property of Alpha Cooker Spares until paid in full.

(f) Goods will be shipped to the address listed by you on this site. Please ensure this data is correct.

(g) We do not guarantee delivery dates as this is often beyond our control.

(h) Claims for loss or damage. Please note that if a package is damaged on receipt this MUST be noted on the drivers delivery note. Alpha Cooker Spares must then be notified verbally or by email by 17H00 the next business day of any damage. It is the customers responsibility to ensure we have received their notification. If this procedure is not followed then any insurance cover will be void and there will be no recourse against ANC. To process your claim ANC will require photographs of both the damaged items and the packaging.

(i) By purchasing these goods you accept that any parts specifically related to the working of ANY appliance will only be installed by a legally qualified engineer who is licensed to work on heating components fired by that fuel type i.e CORGI, OFTEC or HETAS registered engineers.

All ELECTRICAL work should be done by a qualified electrician.
